About Course
Most Tai Chi practice focuses on the forms and the beauty of movements. Some approaches also emphasize balance and coordination of body and mind, but there is relatively little exploration into tuishou (push hands), inner energy (Qi), and internal power (Jin).
Due to language barriers, many foreign Tai Chi enthusiasts are deeply interested in the cultivation of internal energy and Qigong, yet often find no clear path to access this knowledge. However, Tai Chi is an internal martial art, and its true foundation lies in training Qi and Jin. By connecting with the energy of heaven and earth to achieve the unity of nature and humanity, one can truly experience the strength, beauty, health benefits, and martial effectiveness of Tai Chi.
This course, through the perspective of internal energy and internal power, consists of ten lessons designed for immediate practice, offering participants a glimpse into the profound mysteries of Tai Chi’s internal cultivation.
